• Most recent W-2 statements for 2 years
• Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days
• Most recent Federal Income Tax Returns for 2 years (all schedules)
• Two most recent monthly bank statements (all pages)
• Copy of the executed purchase and sale agreement
• If divorced…a fully executed divorce decree
• For a refinance...a copy of the deed, and most recent tax bill
• A letter of explanation for any known credit problems

• If self-employed through a corporation, last two years Federal Corporate Tax Returns
